WPS Enrollment Instructions
The trading partner ID is CLAIMREV.
Use this link: WPS EDI Portal
Select the blue box: Yes I am a healthcare provider.
On this screen select 5010 837 Professional Claim. *Note: You will need to go through this process twice — once for Professional Claims and once for ERA enrollment.*
On the “Clearinghouse/Billing Agency” screen put: CLAIMREV as the Trading Partner ID and click Validate. Once you click validate you may be taken to the next screen. If not, click the blue box again.
On the next screen you can select the transaction your connecting with.
On the next screen you'll be asked to verify an agreement. Click Continue and you will be asked for contact information:
- Clearinghouse Company Name: Claim Revolution, LLC
- Clearinghouse Contact First Name: Brad
- Clearinghouse Contact Last Name: Sharp
- Clearinghouse Contact Job Title: CTO
- Clearinghouse Contact Phone: 918-842-9564
- Clearinghouse Contact Email: brad.sharp@claimrev.com
Enter Provider Information as requested.
Once you click Submit you should receive a confirmation. At that point, notify us so we can enable the payer for you.
*Note: It may take a week or two for WPS to finish processing the enrollment.*
