Follow all instructions provided on each form carefully. Once you've submitted these forms, please notify ClaimRev when they have been approved so that we can complete the setup on our end.

Our system manages the ISA segment details automatically, so you do not need to worry about configuring ISA values. However, the Payer ID is important and must be placed in the payer loop NM1-09. This is the standard location for all payer IDs, so typically no major changes are needed in your setup to accommodate TriCare West.
