Enrolling for EDI with Noridian
This guide outlines the steps for a provider to enroll for Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) with Noridian to submit 837 claims and receive 835 remittance advices through our clearinghouse, Claim Revolution, LLC, using the submitter ID CH127611.
Steps to Enroll
Ensure Provider Enrollment
Before starting EDI enrollment, confirm you are enrolled with Noridian as a provider. This requires completing steps 1-6 of the Total Enrollment process:
Visit the Noridian website for your jurisdiction (e.g.,
JE Part B).

Register on EDISS Connect
Register your account on the EDISS Connect portal to link your NPI with Claim Revolution, LLC:

Create an account using your billing NPI, TIN, and contact details (e.g., address, phone).
During registration:
Select Third-Party Vendor (Clearinghouse/Billing Service) as the connectivity method.
Enter the submitter ID CH127611 for Claim Revolution, LLC.
Complete the registration by selecting transactions (837 for claims, 835 for remittance) and your state/Line of Business.

Complete Enrollment and Check Status
Finalize your enrollment within EDISS Connect:
Agree to the EDI Enrollment Form by checking the terms and conditions box (no email submission required).
Monitor your enrollment status on the EDISS Connect home page.
Contact Noridian to confirm:
Submission
Once complete, go ahead and start submitting claims:
Claims will initially reject in our system until Noridian approves the enrollment.
Once approved, we will submit the claims and start receiving reports back.
Please let us know once you start submitting the claims so we can monitor the process.
