===== TriCare West Enrollment =====
In order to process TriCare West claims, the following forms must be completed:

  * {{ :pgba_eft-era_enrollment_package.pdf | ERA and EFT Enrollment }}

Follow all instructions provided on each form carefully. Once you've submitted these forms, **please notify ClaimRev** when they have been approved so that we can complete the setup on our end.

==== ISA and Payer ID (99726) ====
Our system manages the ISA segment details automatically, so you do not need to worry about configuring ISA values. However, the **Payer ID** is important and must be placed in the payer loop **NM1-09**. This is the standard location for all payer IDs, so typically no major changes are needed in your setup to accommodate TriCare West.
