====== ClaimRev Enrollment Instructions ======


Providers must enroll with InstaMed to begin receiving ERAs for this payer.

Follow the steps below to create an InstaMed account:

  - Go to: **https://register.instamed.com**
  - Enter your **Tax ID** and **Email Address** to get started.
  - During registration, you will be asked to select **Remittance Delivery**.
    - **IMPORTANT:** Be sure to choose **Availity** as your clearinghouse.
  - You only need to enter your **Tax ID** and **Email Address**.
  - Select the appropriate payment solution.
  - Ensure **Availity** is selected in the **Remittance Delivery** dropdown.
    - This field is located above the **Billing NPI** field (which is required).

===== Updating an Existing InstaMed Account =====

If you already have an InstaMed account, follow these instructions to add **Availity** as a clearinghouse for this payer:

  - Go to: **https://online.instamed.com/providers**
  - Log in using your **User ID**, **Password**, and **Corporate ID**.
  - Navigate to: **Configure > Account Info > Manage Payer Payments**.
  - Select your organization from the dropdown.
  - In the table, select the payer item you wish to update.
  - Click **Change Remittance Delivery**.
  - In the popup, select **Availity** from the **Remittance Delivery** dropdown.
  - Click **Next** to review and **Confirm** to submit the change.
