===== Humana ERA Enrollment =====
From **Availity**, go to **Payer Spaces**, and click on **Humana**.

  * Select the **ERA/EFT Enrollment** option

  * You should now see the **ERA/EFT Enrollment** screen.  
    Once you search for your organization you should see this screen:

  * Select the option **“Part of Provider Organization”**  
  * Enter your information and go through the wizard until you reach this screen:

  * Enter **“Availity”** as the clearinghouse and follow the rest of the wizard.  

Once you complete the wizard, go to the **ClaimRev portal** and follow the instructions below.


===== Setting up Availity Gateway for Humana =====

Once you have selected **Availity** for Humana, you must tell the **ClaimRev Processing System** to go pick up those ERAs for you.  
The following instructions explain how to create this.  

==== Step 1: Open Payer Management ====
From the left menu select:  
**Claims → Payer Management**

==== Step 2: Go to Gateways ====
In the following screen, look at the top menu and select **Gateways**.

Once you click that menu option, you'll see a list of gateways and a **New** button in the top left corner under the menu.

==== Step 3: Enter Gateway Information ====
Fill out the inputs as follows:

  * **Gateway Name:** Availity  
  * **Host Name:** ftp.availity.com  
  * **Port:** 9922  
  * **User Name:** your Availity SFTP Username  
  * **Download Folder:** /ReceiveFiles/  
  * **Upload Folder:** _(leave this empty — we don’t upload to Availity in the process)_  
  * **Password:** the SFTP Password  
  * **Delete File After Download:** ✔️ (check this option)  

==== Step 4: Save the Gateway ====
Click **Save**.  
You should now see this gateway in the list of gateways.
