====== Cigna ERA Enrollment Instructions ======

**Step 1 — Download & Complete Form**

After completing the form, email the finished file to your **ERA Account Manager**.

===== Processing Time =====
If the **Provider TIN** is already submitting claims to Cigna, allow approximately **10 business days** for Cigna to process the enrollment. You should begin receiving ERA remittances for claims adjudicated by Cigna after processing is complete.

**Important:** Cigna will **not** process ERA enrollment if the **Provider TIN is not currently submitting claims**. Confirm that the provider is actively sending claims to Cigna before initiating enrollment.

===== NPI 835 Bulking & EFT Bulking =====
If you are enrolling for **NPI 835 bulking**, all health care professionals must also be enrolled for **Cigna NPI EFT bulking**.

Per guidance on Cigna’s HCP site ([[https://www.cignaforhcp.com|Cigna for Health Care Professionals (HCP)]]), these steps must be completed **by the provider**.
