People added to work board notifications from that point on get both the bell and email automatically, but anyone who was already receiving bell notifications keeps their original bell-only setting. Contact ClaimRev support and we will switch email on for you.
 Both reminders and the digest depend on your triage owners being set, so if unassigned items are going unnoticed, check **Team & Notifications** first.
